SHIPPING & PRE-ORDER POLICY
PRE-ORDERS
At BISO HERITAGE, we design intentionally and produce in small batches to minimize fashion waste, ensure exclusivity, and maintain exceptional quality. All pre-orders placed between May 17 and June 7, 2025, will ship by June 25, 2025. Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We do not mass-produce. Our core styles are timeless and may be reordered upon request, even if marked as sold out. This approach allows us to focus on the pieces our clients truly love, while avoiding overproduction.
U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday, between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM EST, excluding holidays. We do not ship on Fridays or weekends. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipment — during peak periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Rates (Contiguous U.S.):
- UPS Ground (2–5 Business Days): $15
- UPS 2-Day Shipping: $25
- UPS Next Day Shipping: $50
- Free Ground Shipping on orders over $375
Note: Shipping timelines begin after your order has been processed. Expedited shipping does not shorten processing time.
ORDER VERIFICATION
To avoid processing delays, please ensure your billing address and contact information match your payment method. Orders flagged for verification may require additional confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally via DHL Express. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination. All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and remitted directly to your local customs office. BISO HERITAGE is not responsible for international packages lost in transit.
