RETURN POLICY

At BISO HERITAGE, we craft each piece in small batches with purpose and care. As a sustainable, boutique brand, we kindly ask that you review our return policy before placing your order.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns on full-price items for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are not offered at this time. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
  • All original packaging and hang tags must be intact
  • Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic liner in place
  • Items must be returned in the original clear protective bag
  • Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear

BISO HERITAGE reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the criteria above. Any item showing signs of wear, scent, damage, or missing liners will be returned to the sender.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

RETURN PROCESS (U.S. ONLY)
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at heritagebiso@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, we will send return instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.

RESTOCKING FEE
A 15 restocking fee + 3 per item will be deducted from your store credit. If you received free shipping and return your entire order, an additional $15 shipping fee will be deducted. All restocking fees are waived when choosing exchange or store credit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email heritagebiso@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos so we can assist you.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 21 business days for return inspection and processing. Once accepted, you’ll receive confirmation and your store credit or exchange instructions via email.
