As a small-batch, sustainable brand, we offer select styles on a pre-order basis to reduce fashion waste. Availability is limited and fulfillment times vary depending on the collection.

SECTION 4 – PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are made-to-order. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge the wait time required to produce your item. All pre-orders placed between May 17 and June 7, 2025, will ship by June 25, 2025. New pre-order timelines will continue to be announced as we launch future collections. By using this website, you agree that we may update estimated shipping windows, and we will notify you of any significant changes. We encourage all customers to review the estimated delivery date shown on each product page before completing checkout.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on full-price items for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with hygiene liners intact. SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM EST, excluding holidays. Shipping timelines begin once your order has been processed. BISO HERITAGE is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or international customs.
